We need to recieve the check or money order within 10 days of order or it will be cancelled.  Allow 5 business days for it to clear through banks, before order is processed and shipped out.
 
 
Do you ship outside of the United States:
 
Unfortunatly, we do not ship outside of US.  But we are working on getting it set up so we can!
 
 
When will my order ship:
 
Most orders ship within 1 - 3 business days, however, larger order can take 4 business days to be ready to ship.
 
 
Order Processing:
 
We process orders 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  Shipments go out Monday thru Friday
 
 
Back Orders:
 
We do not accept back orders.  If something is out of stock your total will be readjusted and sent to you via email promptly.
 
 
Shipping:
 
We ship through UPS Ground offering flat rate shipping rates.  For customers in Alaska and Hawaii we offer USPS Air Mail Services.
 
 
Items Damaged during shipment:
 
Damaged merchandise is refundable, if damaged during shipping.  Please contact customerservice within 5 business days and include your phone number so we may contact you and do not discard any packaging or paperwork.  Do not return the items yourself and incur return shipping cost.  All items with a value of $25.00 or more will require an emailed damage for replacement, no exceptions.
